NOTES Method of registration: by e-mail to your usual sales contact with reference to the webinar using the code provided.Payment method: bank transfer before the beginning of the webinar. Please make the payment only upon receipt of the email of effective activation of the webinar.After sending the registration request email, you will receive, within 4 days from the webinar start date, an email of
“CONFIRMATION OF COURSE ACTIVATION” and, after payment of the registration fee, an email containing the link and
instructions to access the course. CIBE Srl reserves the right to accept the registration after checking the completeness
of data sent and verification of the availability of seats.
Upon receipt of the e-mail “CONFIRMATION OF COURSE ACTIVATION”, please send, within 2 days from the date of the course, a copy of the bank transfer certifying the payment of the course fee (unless otherwise agreed with CIBE Srl), by e-mail to your usual sales contact.
CANCELLATIONCIBE SRL reserves the right to cancel the course and notify the participant within 4 days from the start date of commencement, in which case, any fees paid will be refunded in full or retained for a subsequent edition if indicated by the participant.
SUBSCRIBER’S CANCELLATIONAny cancellation by the person registered for a webinar should be communicated via email to your usual sales contact.In case of cancellation, one of the following three clauses will apply:
R1 - In case of cancellation received before the receipt of our email “CONFIRMATION OF COURSE ACTIVATION”, no penalty will be applied and any fees paid will be refunded in full.
R2 - In case of cancellation received after the receipt of our email “CONFIRMATION OF COURSE ACTIVATION”, CIBE will retain 50% of the registration fee paid.
R3 - In case of absence from the course, without any written notice of cancellation, CIBE will retain 100% of the registration fee paid. |
